Services Agreement
1. PET PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT
This Pet Photography Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between {{client.name}} ("Client") and Mario Mihalik / Mr. Paw Portraits ("Photographer") as of the date signed below.
2. PAYMENT & RESCHEDULING
A non-refundable session fee of $100 is due at the time of booking to reserve the session date and time. If the Client needs to reschedule either the photo session or the reveal/ordering appointment, a $75 rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
3. COPYRIGHT & CLIENT USAGE RIGHTS
All images created by the Photographer are the exclusive property of the Photographer and are protected by copyright law. The Client receives a personal-use license to print and share the purchased images for non-commercial purposes only. The Client may not sell, alter, or use the images for commercial gain without written permission from the Photographer.
4. PHOTOGRAPHER USAGE RIGHTS
The Client grants the Photographer full permission to use images from the session for:

Website, social media, and other marketing platforms

Studio samples, wall art displays, and advertising

Creation of products such as calendars, greeting cards, pillows, blankets, and other merchandise
If the Client does not wish for images to be used publicly or for products, they must provide written notice prior to the session.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & RECORDINGS
Video recording, photography, or audio recording by anyone other than the Photographer (or assistants hired by the Photographer) is permitted during the photo session but not during the reveal or ordering appointment without prior written consent.

6. LIABILITY
The Client grants the Photographer full permission to use images from the session for:

7. FINAL IMAGE SELECTION & ORDERING APPOINTMENT

The Client understands that only one ordering appointment will be provided. All orders—including, but not limited to, Digital Images, Prints, Canvas, Acrylic Blocks, Frames, or Photo Albums—are considered final when placed and cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged for any reason. Once the images are selected and any payment is made, the order is considered in production. Due to the custom nature of all orders, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

8. AGREEMENT
By signing below, I (The Client) acknowledges that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
